Research On Performance Evaluation Of Platform Enterprises Based On Performance Prismatic Method

The rapid development of the global economy is accompanied by China's opening to the outside world.In recent years,the "Internet plus" model of platform enterprises has been developing vigorously.Chinese enterprises need to consider the globalization economy from two aspects,which has both advantages and threats.That would require a higher level of management in our country to face the change of The Times,and the performance evaluation in the management of the business,which is a part of the focus of future business management.This paper introduces the application of performance prism method,discusses the existence of many advantages,such as better vision,various attention to stakeholders,focus on the enterprise long-term interests,etc.,this is is a more rational performance evaluation methods.Tencent is chosen as a case firm,because tencent is a representative Internet platform enterprise,with its distinctive features,and the general characteristics of the industry.By studying the application of performance prism method in tencent company,the related performance evaluation index system is constructed based on this method,and a set of complete and feasible scheme is designed to obtain the evaluation results of the current performance of the enterprise.The whole evaluation system can enable managers to clearly understand the weak links in the operation of the enterprise and the advantages that the enterprise needs to maintain.The content of this paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,the first part introduces the writing background,purpose and significance.Meanwhile,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures related to performance evaluation,performance prism and business model have been studied and summarized.The second part is the introduction to relevant concepts and evaluation theory,compared the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of evaluation method.It analyze that existing problem in the application process and points out the necessity and feasibility of the performance evaluation system.The fourth part analyzes the specific application of prism method in tencent,that is,through the five dimensions of performance prism method to design the index system,and through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight,to build a performance evaluation index system.In this process,efficacy coefficient method and expert scoring method were also used to evaluate and score various indicators,and finally a comprehensive score was obtained.Then,the performance of tencent was evaluated and the results were obtained.The fifth part is a summary of the whole paper,discussing the advantages and development of performance prism in tencent.
