| Along with our country economic development into the new normal,coal overcapacity,state capacity,inventory and the trend of structural reform to carry out the supply side,reduce coal transportation demand,environmental requirements,such as superposition of multiple factors lead to fundamental changes have taken place in the pattern of coal transportation.In addition,the coal transport capacity has been greatly improved due to the construction of several large coal railway tunnels,such as Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and Hebei in recent years.Coal transportation has been transformed from transportation capacity to capacity surplus.Shenhua transportation system has long been dominated by the group's own coal transportation business.In order to adapt to the changes in the freight market,since 2016,a large logistics strategy has been implemented to try to carry out reverse transportation and non-coal freight transportation business with existing transportation.Its transport channel has advantages of short path,high efficiency and low cost,and it has the social coal and other cargo transportation resources that can be obtained and excavated within the radiation range.In the development of the order,there are problems such as insufficient market awareness,rigid operation mode,inadequate efficiency of infrastructure utilization,transportation efficiency and improvement of space.How to develop logistics work,make the Shenhua transportation system from the traditional coal transportation special line transformation to modern logistics enterprises,the enhancement enterprise competitiveness,expand market share is the Shenhua transport system is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes Shenhua transportation system as the research object,studies the modern logistics theory and the present situation of railway development at home and abroad,and provides empirical basis for the development of Shenhua grand logistics strategy.On the basis of:(1)based on China's current coal market and the analysis of the transportation market,Shenhua is put forward the necessity of develop railway modern logistics,and through the analysis of industrial structure along the determined Shenhua in the coal transportation can attract the supply of goods.(2)Using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of developing modern logistics in shenhua,and combining the analytic hierarchy process to get the type and development direction of the big logistics strategy.(3)Based on modern logistics theory,it is proposed that Shenhua logistics strategy is the realization path. |
