With the further advancement of industrialization,China has been transiting from a major agricultural nation into a major industrial nation.However,the "three rural issues" keep restraining the country's development.There are prominent regional differences regarding the"three rural issues",the obstacles brought by which are rather complex.Although financial products enjoy abundant quantity and a wide range of variety,severe homogenization makes them hard to improve "three rural issues" according to the local's unique features.Bank A,as the backbone supporting agriculture in Chinese rural financial system,established nine pilot institutions dedicating to "three rural issues" product innovation across the country to step up the support for agriculture in credit.In addition,autonomy in developing creative rural credit products in impoverished areas is granted to these pilot institutions.Among them,Branch F enjoys rich experience in agriculture supporting,high level creative credit products and tremendous customer resources.Therefore,studying Branch F could provide valuable thoughts in solving the mismatch between existing products and local development realities,which is of profound significance to the optimization of local"three rural issues" economy and the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation.Based on the author's half-year long internship in the "three rural issues" financial department of Branch F,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of agriculture-supporting credit products from the perspectives of scale,structure and effectiveness.Through comparative analysis,this paper also thoroughly discusses the products' existing problems.Given that credit products are normally launched through concrete business,business performance is analyzed to specify the credit product with the highest effectiveness,which is Convenient Loan for Targeted Poverty Alleviation.Based on the features of this product,advantages and innovation direction of Branch F's credit products are explored.Secondly,through analysis of Branch F's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats from outside in "three rural issues" credit product is conducted,pursuing product optimization by the internal and external environment analysis.Then,according to the principle of "maximizing strengths;overcoming weaknesses;seizing opportunities;eliminating threats",this paper put forward possible solutions such as being market demand-oriented,taking local features into consideration when developing new products,actively cooperating and properly using the internet to solve the problems occurring in credit product innovation.Finally,in view of the concrete countermeasures put forward,rationality demonstration is mainly from three aspects:feasibility analysis,cost-benefit analysis,existing problems and countermeasures.
