The Research Of The E-commerce Supply Chain Financial Operation Mode

With the vigorous development of Internet technology,supply chain finance has undergone transformation from offline to online.With the advantage of e-commerce platform,the supply chain finance of e-commerce has rapidly become the focus of online supply chain finance development.The development of e-commerce supply chain finance has realized information,sharing and platform,effectively weakening the problem of information asymmetry,realizing the multi-party control of financing risks and reducing the purpose of financing uncertainty.This paper regards the supply chain finance of e-commerce as the research object.First of all,we need to sort out the literature and find the theoretical basis for supporting this article.At the same time,the basic contents of e-commerce supply chain finance are analyzed from the aspects of connotation,participants and operation mechanism.Secondly,the financial operation mode of e-commerce supply chain is studied in detail.It takes four typical models as the model of movable property pledge,prepaid account,order financing and accounts receivable model as the analysis object,combing the specific operation process of each model,and analyzing the existing problems in the model.The game analysis is used to analyze the interest relationship and interaction mechanism between the three parties of the e-commerce platform,the bank and the financing enterprise,and then the optimization scheme is put forward from the control of the financing participants and the introduction of the third party body in two aspects.It has a positive theoretical significance and practice significance for the development of the e-commerce supply chain finance.Finally,the J platform is selected as a typical case,the supply chain financial operation mode of the J platform is analyzed in detail,the possible problems of supply chain finance in the J platform are explored in combination with the present situation,and the optimization suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the better development of the supply chain financial business of the J platform.At the same time,studying typical cases can provide reference for other J platform's other e-commerce platform to develop supply chain finance,and promote the development of supply chain finance industry.
