Research On SF Express Supply Chain Financial Risk Management

Supply chain finance(SCF)not only solves the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs,but also provides new opportunities for the development of core companies.In recent years,China's SCF has greatly developed,and more and more large-scale enterprises have stepped into it.For a long time,third-party logistics companies have mainly played material supervision and storage role in SCF.With the comprehensive development of logistics enterprises,some large logistics companies have begun to play the core role in SCF.Leverage its own unique advantages and master upstream and downstream companies' information to provide funding for SMEs in its chain.Since the SCF dominated by integrated logistics companies is also a high-risk model,this paper uses S.F.Express as an example to study the risk identification,assessment and control of SCF.At the same time,it also pointed out the lack of research and further research directions.In this paper,the theory of logistics finance,SCF theory and risk management theory are used as the theoretical support.Then the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the risks of S.F.Express' s SCF and a suitable risk assessment system is established.According to the risk assessment system,risk control measures are proposed.Firstly,the paper combed the literature and theory,and analyzed the current situation,characteristics and development issues of S.F.Express' SCF.Secondly,this article identifies four types of risk points in the development of S.F.Express' SCF: credit risk,operational risk,market risk,and policy risk,and chooses reasonable conditions from the perspectives of the parties to the SCF,operation process,market conditions,and government policies to build a risk assessment system.Collect relevant data and use the combination of Principal Component Analysis and Logistic model to construct the S.F.Express' SCF risk evaluation of index system,and conduct empirical analysis.Finally,from the empirical results,this paper propose specific risk control measures based on credit risk and operational risk.
