With the development of the times and the progress of the society,the competition between enterprises is no longer a simple competition of sales,customer satisfaction and enterprise business level directly affect the operation ability and financial situation of the whole company.Therefore,how to plan the inventory management of enterprises is becoming increasingly important.Inventory management is a top priority,especially for the rapidly developing and competitive medical products manufacturing companies.Inventory turnover can evaluate the capital flow of the company as a whole from the perspective of corporate finance.Thus we can see the level of the company's supply chain management,so the improvement of inventory turnover rate plays an important role in the capital flow and the ability of capital utilization.In this paper,taking the A medical product manufacturing company as an example,the problem is analyzed and discussed according to the stock cause of A company,and the corresponding solutions to the problem are put forward.The ABC classification method is used to adjust the inventory structure.The JIT idea of lean production and Kanban management are used to reduce the raw material inventory,the inventory backlog is eliminated by the method of equalization scheduling,and the production process of A company's indwelling needle Kanban is simulated by the modeling and simulation method of Witness.This paper analyzes the influence of the change of Kanban safety coefficient on system performance index under different random environments,and then selects the optimal Kanban safety coefficient to improve the inventory turnover rate of A company,release the capital flow of the company,and improve operation ability of the company,enhance the competitiveness of the company,then make the company invincible in many competitors.Witness software modeling and simulation results show that when the safety coefficient of the original system is 0.7,the coefficient of variation was 0.9,the average waiting time is 7419 orders,operation rate is 59.6%,work-in-process inventory is 8343,system output is 57212.After optimizing the Kanban safety coefficient,set up safety coefficient is 0.9,coefficient of variation is 0.3,the waiting time of the system is 0,the operation rate is 60.9%,work-in-process inventory is 8343,system output is 57268.By analyzing the results,we can get,order waiting time is greatly shortened until 0 after optimization,work-in-process of production line reduced by 31500,operation rate increased by 1.29%,system output increased by 2800.After optimization,the company can complete customer orders in time,so as to improve the company inventory turnover rate,improve customer satisfaction,improve the operation ability of the company greatly.
