| Since global economy is weak,infrastructure construction is slowing down,the whole China construction machinery industry downturn,shrinking market demand and forecast and high uncertainty,resulting in the construction machinery industry inventory levels rising continually.Under the environment of excess production capacity,how to better meet the customer requirements in the market competition,to obtain market share,further more to gain corporate profits become the most difficult problems in the construction machinery industry.Since the changes in the internal and external environment,the enterprise must improve its competitiveness,the concept of lean production and supply chain management,inventory management with the concept of lean,and integration among the three factors is the key to realize the enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of X for the company's industry and the production of products on the basis of lean production and supply chain management after the analysis the existing problems of X's existing inventory management under the environment of ERP,put forward the supply chain system based on Kanban management.Through the establishment of Kanban management process in this paper,ABC classification method and supplier management model are used to determine the Kanban supplier and product catalog,based on the analysis of system variables to determine the appropriate Kanban management,to improve production flexibility,to eliminate unnecessary waste,to establish the whole supply chain efficiency optimization configuration and reduce inventory,improve the competitiveness of enterprises X company.This thesis take implement Kanban as enterprises and manufacturer's common responsibility and interests,the purchaser will avoid the phenomenon of pass the inventory responsibility on to suppliers,but take the lean concept in a win-win mode to reduce inventory,promote the supply chain win-win mode. |
