While China's manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,it is also facing the challenge of the gradual weakening of the Chinese population's demographic dividend advantage and the ever-increasing cost of the labor force under a globally volatile market.If an enterprise wants to survive in a severe environment,it must improve its production efficiency under the premise of ensuring product quality in order to improve its own comprehensive competitiveness.The research and practice at home and abroad show that the use of industrial engineering ideas and lean theory by modern enterprises is one of the main means to enhance comprehensive competitiveness.In this paper,based on the actual situation of the production line of wind power tower reel workshop in HG,the status quo of the production line is analyzed on the basis of the field investigation at the production site.In view of the main problems in the current production,the industrial engineering method was used to improve the workshop,propose solutions,and combined with simulation modeling to verify the improvement program.The specific research content is as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of the workshop,data collection is conducted on the basis of field research,and the time of each station is determined;process program analysis and value stream analysis are performed on the production line of the wind power tower reel shop.(2)Establishing improvement plans for the wind power tower reel shop,including: improvement of the entire production process,introduction of continuous flow reconstruction,coordination of the kanban system,design of the pull book production method,and development of the production line for the improved wind turbine tower reel shop The standard time provides a basis for the rational formulation of production plans and time quotas,and solves the long-term lack of standard work in the workshop.(3)Simulate and analyze the improved production line and verify the feasibility and rationality of the improved results through Witness simulation.Through the use of related theoretical methods of industrial engineering,the optimization and improvement of the production line of the wind tower tower reel shop of HG has been completed.The improved production process eliminates unnecessary handling and waiting conditions in the production process,shortens the production cycle,and reduces Cost of production.The Witness simulation software was used to model and verify the feasibility of the improved production line.From the simulation results,the expected results were obtained,which can provide reference for the optimization of the production lines of other large-scale production companies.
