Due to the dynamic and complexity of the wind power equipment assemblyprocess, it is difficult for the enterprise management and control, and thus there is oftenwait or lay-off phenomenon in the production process, resulting in lower productionefficiency, serious waste phenomenon. How to improve wind power assemblersproduction efficiency and to create greater value and efficiency under limited resourcesby advanced production management model is becoming a research focus. In this paper,based on the analysis of the research status and production process managementtheories, the production process management models and algorithms adapted to thewind power assembly production characteristics was proposed, and the science andeffectiveness of the model and algorithm was validated by engineering applications.This paper mainly studies the content as follows:Firstly, based on the analysis of domestic and international research situation, thispaper summarizes the main study content, overall framework and research innovation.Secondly, research the basic theory of production process management, includingthe basic theory of the production process, materials management, network planning.Again, based on the analysis of production process’s characteristics of wind-powerassemble enterprises, materials kitting analysis for the production process model andalgorithm was constructed. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the productionprocess and homogeneous sets of analysis, a multi-level monitoring and tracking modewas constructed on the basis of multi-level planning system. For the tardiness problemcannot be avoided due to objective reasons, network planning technique was put up toimprove the agility of the production processFinally, the research achievements are applied to H Company, and the desiredresults are analyzed to verify the research achievements are scientific and effective.
