Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Science And Technology Input On Agricultural Output In Hunan Province

The agricultural economic development is the foundation of the national economic development,embodied in agricultural output,increase in the number of structure optimization to increase efficiency and benefit.Science and technology is the first productive force,and its development cannot leave the funds and personnel in science and technology,and directly affects the agricultural output.As a big agricultural province,Hunan province,how to increase investment in science and technology,optimize and improve agricultural output high quality development of Hunan agriculture is an urgent need to solve the problem,and in this paper,we study its impact on agricultural output in agricultural science and technology is the important foundation to solve this problem.Hunan province is one of the big agriculture province,analyzed the influence of the Hunan province agricultural science and technology input on agricultural output can be analyzed from two aspects,one is the agricultural science and technology investment influence on agricultural output,2 it is to affect agricultural output in agricultural science and technology personnel,integrated the above two aspects related conclusions,as the direction of development of Hunan agricultural science and technology,so as to ultimately achieve the improvement of agricultural output.In this paper,by using the theory of the development of science and technology,and the theory of agricultural development,from the Angle of input and output,using the econometric method,literature method analysis in agricultural science and technology,science and technology personnel of Hunan province such as impact on agricultural production,study and put forward measures to strengthen and improve the agricultural science and technology input.The first part elaborates the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad as well as the research contents and methods.The second part mainly defines the concept of the agricultural science and technology input and output,summarizes the influence the basic theory of agricultural output in agricultural science and technology,including the theory of economic growth in agricultural science and technology,and the theory of development economics theory and agricultural development.The third part is mainly about the present situation of the Hunan province agricultural science and technology input and output are analyzed,and found that including funds and personnel input in agricultural science and technology problems such as proportion,structure and quality,agricultural output growth,structure and performance problems.The fourth part mainly is to use Eviews software to affect agricultural output in agricultural science and technology of Hunan province empirical analysis,the empirical results show that agricultural science and technology of Hunan province there is positive correlation between the input and output.The fifth part is mainly based on the theory and practical,puts forward through strengthening and diversification of financial investment of science and technology,science and technology personnel in optimization and training,supervision and administration of government investment in science and technology perfect boost agricultural output in Hunan province.
