agricultural development of our country again, and promotes the revolution of rural science and technology service informatization in our country.Despite years of practice, the construction of agricultural information service in Hunan province have a certain foundation, but the service facilities, resources and service ability is still not ideal. Therefore, in view of the problems in the agricultural information management system of Hunan, this paper further studied how to perfect the countermeasure of agricultural information construction, which is of great significance.This research combined the theory with practice, on the basis of investigation in the grass-roots level, emphatically analyzes the current situation of the development of Hunan agricultural science and technology informatization, dissects the problems existing in the information management system of Hunan agricultural science and technology and explores the causes of the problems, puts forward some countermeatrues, including the integration of existing resources, to strengthen the information management system of agricultural science and technology personnel team construction, to increase investment in information infrastructure and technological training of farmers,etc. And this paper further probes into the construction of Hunan agricultural informatization management mode.
