Study On The Construction Mode Optimization And Countermeasures Of Shandong Jining (Yanzhou) National Agricultural Science And Technology Park

The agricultural science and technology park has been developed for nearly 20 years in China.It has experienced three stages: the pilot construction(2001 to 2005),the overall promotion(2006 to 2011)and the innovation and development(2012 to present).After the national agricultural science and Technology Park of Jining(Yanzhou)in Shandong was approved in 2013,it is urgent to explore and determine a construction model to guide the construction and development of the park,and provide reference for the construction and development of agricultural science and Technology Parks in China,and give full play to the role of the agricultural science and Technology Park in the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper,guided by the spirit of the nineteen and nineteen successive central plenary sessions of the Central Committee of the Central Committee and the socialist ideology of Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,especially the strategy of rural revitalization,mainly adopts the research methods of literature analysis,investigation practice and causality analysis,and on the basis of the analysis and investigation of domestic and foreign agricultural science and technology parks,combined with Shandong.Jining(Yanzhou)national agricultural science and Technology Park(hereinafter referred to as: Yanzhou Park)development status,in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the process of construction and development,drawing on the development experience of national and foreign national agricultural science and Technology Park,optimizing the construction model of Yanzhou Park,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures.Through this study,Yanzhou park has achieved innovation in the aspects of construction mode,development concept,operation mode and policy support system.Under the guidance of this model,after 3 years of construction period,in November 2017,the park was approved by the Ministry of science and technology in the first and third of the whole province.The research results and suggestions of this project have been approved and used by the leading experts and played an active and due contribution.
