Research On The Development Countermeasures For The Construction Of Sanjiang National Agricultural Science And Technology Park

Jiansanjiang National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is one of the third batch of national agricultural science and technology parks approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in December 2010.It is the only national agricultural science and technology park in Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Area.This paper analyzed the development history,development status and main problems and reasons of the construction of the Sanjiang Agricultural Science and Technology Park.Based on the experience of the development of major agricultural science and technology parks in China,this paper proposed further problems in the development of the Sanjiang Agricultural Science and Technology Park and put out suggestions for further development.At present,there are similar plans and layouts in the development of the Sanjiang National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.The lack of construction features,lack of construction funds,low efficiency of capital utilization,poor operation mechanism of the park,unclear relationship between power and responsibility,lack of scientific and technological strength,and technical talents..The paper drew on the development experience of Xinjiang Changji National Agricultural Science and Technology Park,Shaanxi Yangling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park,and Dalian Jinzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.It pointed out that the Jiansanjiang National Agricultural Science and Technology Industrial Park should actively promoted the development of digital agriculture,enhanced the supporting functions of the park,and strengthened the park.Leading the development of key leading enterprises.By conducting on-the-spot visits to relevant departments and enterprises,the author believed that in the case of the Sanjiang National Agricultural Science and Technology Industrial Park,the agricultural base and ecological advantages will be fully utilized to promote the integration and development of the agricultural one,two,and three Indu.
