| At present,the differentiation between urban and rural areas in China is getting more and more serious,which makes agriculture more and more urgent to modernization.To achieve modernization,professional peasants with higher overall quality are required,and higher levels of mechanized operations are required,and a sound agricultural social service system is needed.Among the most important is the human resources,and the differentiation between urban and rural areas has led to the loss of a large number of rural youth."Who comes to plant the land" has become a major issue.In 2013,the 18 th National Congress proposed cultivating new types of agricultural management subjects,aiming to solve the problem of lack of talents in rural areas and intended to form scale and intensive management.As one of the mainstays of the new type of agricultural management,family farms will exist for a long time now and in the future.Therefore,it has an indispensable role in promoting agricultural modernization.As a major agricultural province,Henan Province attaches great importance to the development of family farms.After the concept of family farm was first introduced in the Central No.1 document in 2013,the Agriculture Department of Henan Province responded positively to the call of the country and issued the Interim Measures for the Determination of Demonstration Family Farms in Henan Province in July 2014 to further guide the establishment of a family farm and promote the rapid development of family farms in the province.However,the currently formed family farms in Huangchuan County are mostly established by local native farmers.Although they have rich experience in agricultural production,they have limited understanding of new agricultural technologies and new knowledge,and lack the modern management concepts that support the sustainable development of family farms.To achieve the succession and replacement of new and old farms,it is necessary to encourage and guide college students,self-employed families and migrant workers to return home to invest in establishing family farms,which will provide a strong impetus for the future development of family farms.Moreover,due to state incentives and preferential policies,more and more people began to return to their hometowns to establish family farms.The proportion of family farms returning home to entrepreneurship accounted for an increasing proportion of all family farms.The family farms returned to the hometown of entrepreneurial family farms and local farmer households are very different in terms of skills,management,and financial capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to study returning entrepreneurial family farms as an independent type.This article is divided into six parts:Part 1: expounded the research background of this article,the main purpose,content and significance of the article.The research status and development trend of the topic of this paper at home and abroad are introduced.The research status and development trend are briefly reviewed.The research ideas and methods of this paper are put forward,and the paper studies possible innovations and deficiencies.Part 2: introduces the related theories of family farm concept,scale management theory and land circulation theory,and provides theoretical support for the research object.Part 3: analyzes the general situation of family farms in Huangchuan County,Henan Province,and the results obtained.Part 4: Randomly distributed sampling samples for field research and obtaining first-hand information through questionnaires and face-to-face conversations with farmers.And using the comparative analysis method to process the relevant data,in order to extract the practical difficulties of the five major types of home-based farms in Henan Province.Part 5: Presenting the factors affecting whether family farms are home-based entrepreneurship,and using the spss22.0 to establish a dual-choice model for empirical analysis,to obtain factors that have a significant impact on returning to entrepreneurial family farms,and analyze the reason.Part 6: To address the practical difficulties and empirical analysis results of returning to entrepreneurial family farms,put forward five solutions to the problems. |
