Analysis And Countermeasures On Land Circulation Of Family Farm In Beijing

The first to use the "family farm" concept of the central document in 2013,the release of policy signals the development of family farms in the household management on the basis of our country,and referred to in the document to encourage and support the contracted land bypass to professional large,family farms,farmers' cooperatives,the development of various forms of moderate scale management".Family farms need to accumulate the original scattered land to a certain scale,in order to achieve economies of scale.Agricultural investment,long period and high risk,the family farm in a certain scale,the key is to transfer over land management must have long-term stability,which is the key to the sustainable development of family farm.If the mainstream of the farm land contracted to the lack of stability,then the scale of the family farm management does not exist,the benefits can not be guaranteed.At present,most of the local form of land circulation in Beijing city dominated by rental,lease generally short and long-term stability of farmer land management can not be expected,not a large-scale investment,restricting the development of family farms to grow.Visible,how to break the bottleneck of land transfer,family farms can grow up key.The family farm is still in the pilot phase in Beijing,but with the rural land transfer system and constantly improve the scale of family experience,family farms have great potential for development in Beijing,especially in Beijing accounted for 62%of the total area of the mountain,the family farm has important significance to realize the construction of modern agriculture in Beijing city target.In this paper,the theory related to the development of family farms in China made a comprehensive analysis,the advanced experience of the development of family farms at home and abroad are summarized in detail in this paper,using literature method,inductive method,comparative analysis method through analyzing the Beijing City family farm in the land circulation in the present situation,existing problems in this paper,mainly on the family farm in the 6 aspects of the land circulation are analyzed:farmers inherent psychological,but unfortunately the soil of land circulation in Beijing,the high cost of land circulation is not standard unreasonable place,pilot scale operators lack of management experience and social service system is not perfect,some farmers lack of awareness of the law,by the case study of Beijing City family farms,by applying the theory to the analysis,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
