This paper focuses on the problems encountered in the growth and life cycle of village banks in Guangxi district.The village bank is a typical representative of the new rural financial institutions.Its aim is to provide inclusive financial products and services for many economies in the "three rural" economic construction.Because of the late start time of the village and town banks in Guangxi,the operation and management mechanism is not perfect,the external regulations and the supporting system of "supporting agriculture" are still imperfect,which leads to the growing problems in the growth process of the village and town banks.This paper shows that there are many problems in the village and town banks in the area,such as the imperfect corporate governance structure and the inefficient implementation of the internal control system,such as the weak capital strength,the management level and the low quality of the staff,and the lack of business outlets and the unimpeded channels of liquidation,which leads to the higher overall cost of the debt business.Weaken the competitive advantage of its operation.By summing up the difficulties faced by the development of the Bank of the village and village,and actively seeking the reasons for its emergence,at the same time,drawing on the typical cases and advanced practices of the rural financial organizations and community banks,which are similar to the village banks in foreign countries,put forward some effective suggestions to reform and promote the benign development of the village and town banks in Guangxi.We should reform the supervision and management system of village banks,so as to establish differentiated supervision system,improve the government's policy system to support the development of rural banks,and promote risk mitigation.
