Research On Social Responsibility Information Disclosure Of Chinese Liquor Industry Listed Companies

After China's reform and opening up,the economic policy was released,and the socialist market economy system was implemented in China.Many excellent enterprises sprang up like bamboo shoots,and the economic benefits of our country were on the rise.However,behind the rapid development of the economy,it is accompanied by the excessive exploitation of natural resources,the destruction of the ecological environment of nature,and even the driving of economic interests,enterprises have ignored the interests and physical health of consumers.The destruction of ecological environment,the damage of consumers' rights and interests and food safety incidents have been exposed frequently,which has made the government and people of our country call on enterprises to take on social responsibility and disclose social responsibility,and the fulfillment of social responsibility has become a trend.In addition,Chinese liquor industry as a traditional beverage represents the culture of the long and long culture of the Chinese people,and it is necessary to disclose the social responsibility of Chinese liquor enterprises to the world of Chinese liquor.China's social responsibility starts relatively late,and scholars' research is mainly based on the extension and improvement of foreign scholars' research.The current research is still in the initial stage.While the research on the disclosure of the social responsibility information of the wine industry can be said to be minor and minor,it is a relatively new research topic,the study of its research in the country is very little,and it is impossible for us to draw on the pattern of the unique social responsibility information disclosed by our Chinese scholars according to the national situation and the industrial process of Chinese liquor industry,which is of great significance and research value,helping to help the Chinese liquor industry to reach the world and be trusted globally.By analyzing the status of social responsibility information disclosure in liquor industry,this paper finds that the disclosure of social responsibility of liquor enterprises is relatively low,and the disclosure content is incomplete and the disclosure form is single.The information disclosure is mainly based on the description of words and lack of data support.The reasons are mainly due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China,the supervision and guidance of the relevant supervision departments,and the unsupported unified disclosure standard documents.In view of that main problem existing in the disclosure of social responsibility information of Chinese liquor enterprise,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions from government,social and enterprise level,and for the government,it is necessary to improve the laws and regulations disclosed in the social responsibility information of Chinese liquor enterprise,to standardize the supervision reports of the relevant regulatory authorities,so as to ensure that they are authentic;Strengthen the propaganda of social responsibility for society and increase the supervision of the third party inspection agencies;It is necessary for that enterprise to strengthen the sense of responsibility of corporate social responsibility and enhance the professional competence of financial personnel.In order to better promote the quality of the disclosure of social responsibility information in Chinese liquor industry,this paper discusses the establishment of the disclosure system of social responsibility information in Chinese liquor enterprise around the six aspects of protecting and protecting the rights of shareholders and creditors,protection of the rights and interests,the protection of consumer rights,quality,safety,environmental protection and sustainable development,public relations and social welfare,and uses the shanxi fenjiu liquor to the new system to analyze the utility and operability of the new system.It is hope that that enterprise in this paper will proactively carry out social responsibility to meet the needs of stakeholders,set up good corporate image and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
