Study On Management Efficiency Of Jiangxi Industrial Park

The construction of Jiangxi industrial park began in the 1990 s.In 1991,the development of industrial park was marked by the establishment of Nanchang High-tech Industry Development Zone.In the past century,the province launched a new round of free thought and reform,which has opened up a new wave of construction in industrial park.The industrial park is increasingly a key way to support Jiangxi's industrial economy and to expand its open and new urbanization,and to set up a major source of employment.At the end of 2015,there were 9,645 industrial enterprises in Jiangxi industrial park,an increase of 7.6% year-on-year.The revenue from principal business was 255.083 billion yuan,up 4.6%.The total tax revenue was 297.32 billion yuan,of which the tax rate was 39.5%(117.54 billion yuan),which contributed 19.6% and 36.8% to the total revenue and local revenue of the province.The industrial park in the whole province has formed a strong impetus to cultivate enterprises,build platforms,attract investment and gather industry,which has laid a solid foundation for the smooth and healthy development of the industrial economy in the whole province.However,with the expansion of the industrial park and the expansion of the economic aggregate,the management of the park is facing great challenges.As a special policy product under specific circumstances,the industrial park has been eroded by more and more transactions and functions,and the problems existing in the management system are gradually exposed.As a model area of reform,industrial park is an urgent need to promote its continuous innovation management system,optimize management process and improve management performance.This paper will conduct an in-depth study on the management efficiency of Jiangxi industrial park,which consists of the following six parts:The first part of the introduction illustrates the research background and significance of this paper,the research trends of industrial park management efficiency,analytic hierarchy process and clustering algorithm,as well as the research methods and characteristics of this paper.In the second part,the connotation of management efficiency of industrial park is analyzed,and the connotation of management efficiency and management efficiency of industrial park is analyzed separately.The third part is based on the research on the management effectiveness of industrial parks based on cluster analysis,which is based on management and statistics,and the management efficiency level of industrial parks is divided into the objective,and the comprehensive evaluation system is established and the cluster analysis is realized.The fourth part is the analysis of the management efficiency of Jiangxi industrial park,which is the empirical research of this paper.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to reduce the eight indexes of 15 national parks and 21 provincial-level major parks in Jiangxi province.The two distance algorithms(the shortest distance method,the sum of the difference squares and the method)were compared and analyzed in the clustering method,and the appropriate difference squares and methods were selected to calculate the distance,and the clustering results of further analysis were obtained(2 classes).The fifth part is to analyze the problems and make suggestions.This paper analyzes the existing problems of industrial park management by combining cluster structure graph and hierarchical analysis system,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth part summarizes and summarizes the main contents of this research,and looks forward the direction of the next research.
