An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Economic Growth In Yanbian Prefecture

Agriculture is the basic industry closely related to the natural environment.As the foundation of our national economy,agriculture has made great contributions to the promotion of social development.Agriculture provides basic raw materials for other industries,and provides labor for other departments.It is an important link in the sustainable and stable development of the market economy,and also an important source of capital in the process of economic construction in China.Since the reform and opening up,the agricultural production in Yanbian has entered a new stage.The growth mode of the agricultural economy is gradually transferred from the original mode of extensive growth to the intensive growth mode,which pays more attention to the quality of agricultural economic growth rather than to pursue the growth quantity blindly.Over the years,Yanbian's agricultural economic growth has remained stable,providing a strong guarantee for the steady development of Yanbian's economy and society.Based on the theory of classical economic growth,the theory of new economic growth and the theory of institutional economic growth,this paper,based on the theory of classical economic growth,the theory of new economic growth and the theory of institutional economic growth,is based on the 5 aspects of land,labor,capital,technology and system in the 5 aspects of the core factors that affect the agricultural economic growth of Yanbian state during the-2016 period of 1997.An empirical analysis was carried out.The conclusions of the study show that:The main factors affecting the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian are the area of cultivated land,the amount of fertilizer application and the total power of agricultural machinery,which represent the factors of land and technology respectively.In other words,the dominant force of agricultural economic growth in Yanbian in recent 20 years is land and technology.Continue to increase investment in land and technology elements,can effectively promote the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian Prefecture.Factors of labor have a positive effect on the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian Prefecture.The shortage of agricultural workers in Yanbian,the shortage of labor force has been a long time.In the short term,there is no need to increase the quantity of agricultural labor,improve the quality of the existing agricultural labor force,improve the efficiency of agricultural labor production,and promote the economic growth of agriculture in Yanbian state effectively;the capital factor to the agriculture of Yanbian state.Economic growth has a role to promote.Yanbian's investment in agricultural fixed assets is very low,less than 10%of the manufacturing industry,and it urgently needs to increase investment in Yanbian's agricultural fixed assets.Although the investment cycle of agricultural fixed assets is long and slow,the increase of investment can effectively promote the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian state;the promotion of rural residents'consumption level in Yanbian state can promote the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian,because the investment in agricultural fixed assets is very low in Yanbian,which leads to the investment in fixed assets of agriculture.The capital is mainly completed by the farmers.Further increasing the income of farmers and raising the level of farmers' consumption can effectively promote the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian,and the institutional factors have a role in promoting the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian.The increase of government budget expenditure can promote the growth of agricultural economy in Yanbian Prefecture.The government's institutional decision should continue to maintain the importance of agriculture,and constantly increase policy support for agriculture,so as to ensure the steady growth of Yanbian's agricultural economy.Conclusion,the paper puts forward some specific countermeasures.
