SHT Foods Co.,Ltd.is currently the world's largest fan production and sales company.In recent years,SHT Foods has achieved good results,but due to the impact of operating costs,business environment,etc.,the company is also facing greater pressure for development.Due to the increase in the price of raw materials and the decline in fan prices,the profit margin of fan-producer companies,which originally had lower profits,has further narrowed.Due to the excessive reliance on traditional craftsmanship,the fan industry has formed a systematic system for fans.All of them can independently complete the whole process of production of fans.There are disorderly competition among the fan companies in raw material procurement,production,and sales,especially in the sales price of products.Lower prices each other,leading to less and less profitable products.Therefore,it is imperative to adjust the development strategy of SHT Foods.It is believed that choosing a diversified product development strategy is more conducive to the sustainable development of the company.Through the combination of relevant theories and practices,relevant methods and tools were used to diagnose various favorable and unfavorable factors in the diversified development strategic environment of SHT Foods.Formulate a diversified development strategy for SHT Foods' products and propose an implementation plan for this strategy so as to improve the company's core competitiveness and enhance its profitability.This study first introduces the background and significance of the research,research methods and content,combing the relevant research results at home and abroad and evaluation,focusing on product diversification development strategy theory.Secondly,the development of SHT food companies and business environment analysis: the overall situation of the fan production industry and the development of the domestic macro-environment analysis,combined with the actual situation of SHT food companies to conduct an internal micro-environment analysis to study the company's development opportunities and challenges,Revealing the outstanding problems existing in the company's development.Thirdly,develop the product diversification strategy of SHT Food Company: including the basic principles,framework structure,basic content and implementation steps of the development strategy formulation,and formulate the implementation steps and programs for the identified strategies.The study pointed out that while accelerating the development of the main business of fans,it also established a development concept of "taking fans as the basis and diversified related industries",closely followed the advantages of fans resources,constantly optimized and adjusted the industrial structure,transformed the mode of economic growth,and explored a resource saving Type,environment-friendly,eco-efficient complete closed loop industrial chain.Not only solved the problem of waste disposal,but also realized the win-win situation and effect of the government seeking green,benefiting enterprises and benefiting farmers-"1 + 10" project,of which "1" is the fan of raw beans(mainly Peas and mug beans),the specific explanation is: "beans-extract starch-vermicelli processing-protein separation-extraction of dietary fiber-wastewater biogas power generation-biogas purification of natural gas-waste residue extraction of alcohol-residue cultivation of edible fungi-bacteria residue production of organic fertilizer-Biogas irrigation of organic vegetables." We should strengthen the competitive edge of Longkou vermicelli in formulating the diversified development strategy for specific SHT food products and at the same time carry out business development of pea protein,development of pea starch business,expansion of edible fungi business and development of bio-natural gas business.
