Research On The Interconnection Between The Electronic Invoice System And The Enterprise ERP System

As an important part of "Internet + taxation," various government departments have been devoting themselves to the application of electronic invoices.On March 5,2015,Premier Li Keqiang proposed at the Third Session of the Twelfth National People's Congress that a plan for "Internet +" be formulated.The State Administration of Taxation issued a plan of action on "Internet + Taxation." lectronic invoices as a product of "Internet + tax",has received a lot of attentions.This essay starts from the electronic invoice,discusses the development prospect of the electronic invoice from the necessity and feasibility,and combs through the investigation and the related information to find out the current electronic invoice system framework flow,and then analyzes the reasons why we need the electronic invoice system & enterprise ERP system docking from the enterprise angle and the tax inspection angle.The essay describes how to simulate and design electronic invoice system & enterprise accounting information system docking and accounting involved module elements as well as basic processes.It also illustrates by combining with the enterprise ERP system,respectively,from the purchaser and the seller two aspects to design electronic invoice accounting methodologies and enterprise ERP system basic processes;to reflect the advantages of docking;to further extend to consider the difficulties that the two systems docking may face and propose solutions.Finally,by using the enterprise case-Jingdong Group,to analyze the current situation of the application of electronic invoices in the market;the implementation of the electronic invoicing system & enterprise ERP docking and the problems faced.Through the research and analysis,we conclude that although there are many difficulties in the interconnection between the electronic invoice system and the enterprise ERP system,with the gradual implementation of the electronic invoice,the synergies of the two systems will gradually show their superiorities.By improving the accounting information quality,the enterprises will be able to save economic costs and improve the operational effectiveness;also the tax department is capable of improving the ability to regulate.It also provides technical supports for promoting social and economic development and environmental protection.
