The rapid development of mobile Internet infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies such as global networks,mobile smart terminals,interactive devices,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence has brought tremendous changes to all walks of life.The popularity of smart phones makes it easy for users to enjoy the benefits brought by mobile Internet,and also promotes the rapid development of mobile APP.Under the background of "tourism + Internet",China has successively issued relevant policies,formulated action plans for innovation in tourism science and technology,developed smart tourism,and used tourism APP as an entry point and connection point to become a powerful promoter of the "tourism + Internet" policy implementation.In the fierce market competition,large and small traditional tourism companies and Internet companies have developed their own tourism APP,and they need to fully understand the user's usage and the factors that affect the user's willingness to continue to use.It is necessary to retain old users and improve existing users.The use of quality and promote user activity.Only when the users continue to use,tourism APP can continuously obtain feedback from users and data,so that they can update and upgrade in continuous iterations,and enterprises can gain development and success.Based on this,this paper studies the selected topic of the tourism APP user's continuous use willingness.The study is based on the continuous use scenario of travel APP users,further deepened on the basis of existing research and theoretical models,and belongs to the verification research of tourism in the Internet industry.Through a questionnaire survey on users,this paper establishes a structural equation model from the aspects of expectation confirmation,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived entertainment,perceived risk,satisfaction,and willingness to use continuously,through SPSS20.0 and AMOS 17.0 The software conducts statistical analysis and path analysis to study the influencing factors of the tourism APP users' willingness to use continuously.Finally,the following main conclusions are drawn:tourism APP user satisfaction is determined by the four variables of expectation confirmation,perceived usefulness,perceived entertainment and perceived risk.Among them,the expectation confirmation degree has the greatest influence on the satisfaction degree and is the decisive factor that influences the user's satisfaction with travel APP.The willingness to continue use is determined by five variables:perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived entertainment,perceived risk,and satisfaction.Perceived usefulness and satisfaction are important factors influencing tourism APP users' willingness to continue to use.According to the conclusions drawn from the research,this paper proposes four points of management inspiration:highlighting functions to enhance the useful experience of tourism APP;enriching content to increase the entertainment experience of tourism APP;Facilitate the simplicity of tourism APP to optimize the ease of use experience;manufacturing surprises to allow users to maintain high expectations of tourism APP.Hope to provide relevant reference for relevant studies on the continuous use of tourism APP users.
