Research On Optimization Of Z Group Logistics Comprehensive Budget Management System

Nowadays,companies developed into group model to achieve strategic objectives and extend the whole industrial chain.With shrinking profit margins,improving logistics efficiency in order to raise the quality and efficiency of the whole corporate is an important method that effectively achieves profitability and widens profit margins.Thus,comprehensive budget management is being used by more and more group companies and considered as an effective tool of overall budget management.In the early stage of its application,it appears not to be very effective due to the defects of budget tool its own and lack of experiences.Based on this,we need to solve the existing problems of overall budget management,improve the effective implementation and strengthen the role of budget control to ensure the realization of strategic objectives of the group.Combined with the theory and case study of comprehensive budget management according to the characteristics of China's oil and oilseeds market,this essay analyzed the present situation of the budget management of the logistics sector of Z Group.It also analyzed the reasons which lead to the problems in implementing budget management in it.Optimization of a comprehensive budget management system suitable for the logistics section of Z Group in the new period was discussed and explored in this paper.
