| In recent years,with the emergence of new powers of various vehicles,it has brought greater uncertainty to the highly competitive automobile industry.The slowdown in the growth of the automotive industry has made the automotive logistics industry closely related to it.There are many challenges in the industry's transformation and upgrading,quality improvement and efficiency,resource optimization and integration,and management lean.In order to achieve rapid development and meet new challenges,automotive logistics companies must find ways to transform existing business management models and rapidly improve their business management.At present,comprehensive budget management is one of the comprehensive and systematic enterprise management modes,which contributes to the optimal allocation of enterprise resources and the improvement of management level.Although many domestic auto logistics companies have recognized the importance of comprehensive budget management,there are still many problems in the implementation process,which have not achieved the expected results.The research topic of this paper is to solve the problems encountered in the process of building a comprehensive budget management system in the automotive logistics industry.Taking FS automotive logistics company as an important research object,this paper deeply studies the method of constructing an efficient and scientific comprehensive budget management system in the automotive logistics industry.Problems and meaning.On the basis of theoretical research and case analysis,we will make suggestions for the rapid and stable development of relevant industry enterprises.The structure and content of this paper are arranged as follows: Firstly,in the first part,the background and research significance of this paper are introduced,and the status quo and related theoretical knowledge of enterprise comprehensive budget management research at home and abroad are expounded.Secondly,combined with the case study method,the application status of the existing comprehensive budget management system of FS Auto Logistics Company is analyzed,and the problems in the implementation process are found out,and the reasons are deeply studied.Then combined with the relevant theory of comprehensive budget management and the actual application of the enterprise,we tailored a relatively complete comprehensive budget management system and formulated a series of effective safeguard measures to ensure its smooth and effective implementation.In the last part of the thesis,combined with the status quo of the research topic,summarize the shortcomings in the research process,and expound the possible future research directions.Finally,from the micro level,the author hopes that the application of the research results of this paper can be applied to the specific practice of the enterprise,which can help FS automotive logistics company to improve the overall budget management level and accelerate the pace of its transformation and upgrading.From a macro level,I hope that the research conclusions of this paper can promote the transformation and upgrading of the entire logistics industry and even the whole industry,and provide some reference for building a comprehensive budget management system. |
