Research On Working Capital Managemengt Of ShenQi Pharmaceutical Corporation Based On Business Process Perspective

The management of working capital is one of the important contents of financial management.With the continuous development and changes of social economic forms and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,the management of working capital has become increasingly important,which affecting the sustainable development of enterprises.The focus of traditional operating funds management is to optimize the working capital structure and determine the optimal working capital holdings.In complex and ever-changing socio-economic environment,it is impossible to guide enterprises in making timely and effective management decisions.In recent years,major progress has been made in the management theories that combine the management of corporate working capital with supply chain management and business process management,which is conducive to the unification of corporate financial management and the business processes of business operations.It provides new ideas and methods for the development of working capital management.To promote the practical application of working capital management based on business process,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research at the first.Secondly,on the basis of expounding relevant theoretical concepts,the limitations of traditional operating funds management are pointed out and the theory of working capital management based on business process management being introduced.Then,foundingt the main problems of ShenQi Pharmaceutical in working capital management are as follows:it has not keep stable relationship with suppliers,the lack of using commercial credit,the lack of management of other receivables,the lack of control of the production process,the management of the corresponding receivables is not good,the relationship with the customers is not strong enough.And then,this paper puts forward targeted management strategies:it starts from the three processes of purchasing,production,and sales of business activities and proposes working capital management plan based on business processes.Finally,put forward safeguard measures for the operation of the management framework.This article mainly adopts quantitative analysis as the main method and qualitative analysis as the auxiliary method,and applies the business process management to the ShenQi Pharmaceutical operating capital management practice,which is conducive to perfecting the enterprise's current working capital management system and it can also provide certain reference and valuable suggestions for solving similar problems for the same type of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.
