Research On The Optimization Management Of Working Capital Based On Business Process Of G Company

Working capital determines the rationality of the occupation of liquid assets,affects the profitability and risk of retail business operations,and thus whether the value of financial targets can be maximized is an important basis for the development of retail enterprises.The value of working capital and the operational management issues and risks behind it deserve to be valued by top management of retail companies.However,traditional working capital management focuses on the management of relevant factors of working capital,and it is difficult to make retail enterprises effectively improve the management efficiency of their working capital by seeking the optimal stock of relevant factors of working capital.This paper firstly defines the mechanism of business process management of working capital management.From the perspective of business process,it is guided by resource dependence theory,enterprise value maximization theory,business finance theory,supply chain management theory and synergy th eory.A theoretical framework for working capital management based on business processes.The article analyzes the current situation of the working capital management of G company's business activities by analyzing the company listed in the retail industry,and analyzes the working capital management level of each link in combination with the business process perspective.The study found that there is a weak relationship between suppliers' distributed layout,high risk of excessive prepayments,high inventor y management costs,slow inventory distribution,long payback period,and lack of commercial credit utilization of advance receipts.problem.To this end,this paper proposes the following optimization suggestions: Introduce business process ideas into the working capital management practice of G Company,establish a stable zero supply relationship for supplier alliances in the procurement process,improve the approval process and strengthen the management of prepayments;Inventory management reduces invent ory management costs,creates seamless logistics operations and increases inventory delivery speed;in the sales process,strengthens accounts receivable management to shorten the payback period,and fosters relationships to promote early payment by custom ers.Finally,from the construction of the strategic layer based on the overall goal of the enterprise,based on the business layer of process organization reengineering and the information layer based on information system sharing,the safeguard measures to realize the optimization scheme are proposed.This paper breaks through the traditional working capital management perspective,combines working capital management and business management,promotes the innovation of working capital management theory and method system,and provides reference for G company and other retail enterprises to solve working capital management problems.
