Study On Poverty Governance In Wanzai County Of Jiangxi Province From The Perspective Of Social Work

From the introduction of the opinion of the State Council on the solid promotion of rural poverty alleviation and development by the State Council in January 2014 and the proposal of the party's "thirteenth five year plan for the formulation of national economy and social development" in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,and the release of "the decision of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on winning the fight against poverty and hard work" in November 2015,it marks the "precision poverty alleviation" side.In the formal implementation and full implementation of our country,tackling poverty and tackling poverty as a major strategic project for building a moderately prosperous society in the country has entered the final phase of the sprint.Precise poverty alleviation and tackling poverty alleviation provide a rare opportunity and space for social work to intervene and play a role.Especially in rural areas,social work has stepped into poverty management.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the effectiveness and deficiency of poverty governance from the perspective of social work.Through a questionnaire survey and case interview method,this paper makes a deep analysis of the poverty management process in Wanzai County of Jiangxi Province,and explores the importance and necessity of the social work perspective on anti poverty and the new ideas of our country's anti poverty.This must fully consider our country's political and economic system and cultural environment,and explore the social work theory from the actual needs and characteristics of the poor population.How to give full play to the rural poverty management in our country,and verify the function of resource link and integration of social work on the possibility of poverty management in our country,and lay the foundation for the promotion and development of social work in the system of poverty alleviation and development,which is of positive significance to the management of rural poverty in our country.The writing framework of this paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction.After explaining the background and significance of the research,the present research status of poverty governance and social work at home and abroad,and the contents,ideas and innovations of this paper are also introduced.The second chapter introduces the definition and theoretical foundation of this research,including empowerment,empowerment theory,endogenous development theory and social support theory.In the third chapter,through the design of relevant questionnaire for case analysis,the specific implementation results of the poverty alleviation project in Wanzai County of Jiangxi province are studied and combed,to understand the status of poverty management in Wanzai county and social work in Jiangxi province.The fourth chapter of the survey and interview data to analyze the difficulties and causes of social work from the perspective of Wanzai county poverty governance.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization path of Wanzai county's Poverty Governance Based on the perspective of social work to promote the development of China's rural poverty governance.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.
