Research On The Social Work Practice Of Preventing Poverty Return To Poverty Relief In The Post-poverty Alleviation Era

At the beginning of 2020,as five poor counties in Yanshou and other countries removed their hats and withdrew,all poor counties in Heilongjiang were wiped out.This marked an overall victory in the battle against poverty in Heilongjiang,since then,our province has entered a post-poverty-relief era focusing on the quality of poverty alleviation.In the post-poverty era,our province will strictly implement the general secretary's "Four requirements for no hat removal",do not take off the responsibility,do not take off the hat policy,do not take off the hat to help,do not take off the hat supervision.In the post-poverty-reduction era,how to ensure the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,effectively guard against the risk of returning to poverty,win the battle against poverty in a high-quality and all-round way,and further push forward the link between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization will become the top priority of poverty alleviation work in our province.Although decisive achievements have been made in the current work of poverty alleviation in our province,however,the risk factors of returning to poverty still exist in some of the households that have met the poverty-eradication criteria,and the "Two not sorrow" and "Three guarantees" have been fundamentally solved.Supported by cognitive behavior theory,empowerment theory and superiority perspective,this paper deeply analyzes and evaluates the needs of service objects with the professional method of case work,to explore the governance path of social work intervention in poverty alleviation in post-poverty era.Through the thinking and research on the governance path of preventing and returning to poverty,personalized and targeted assistance programs are proposed to effectively prevent and resolve the potential risk of returning to poverty of the target families,and meanwhile,some experience and reference are accumulated for the practical research on the intervention of social work in the post-poverty alleviation era to prevent and return to poverty.
