Research On Mechanism Of Fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibility To Financial Performance

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the increasing prosperity of all walks of life.The issue of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)has received much attention under the background of the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises and the diversification of business scope.Fulfilling CSR means that companies need to incur certain expenses,which will inevitably increase the total cost of the company.Whether this move conflicts with the goal of maximizing the value of the company,whether it will reduce the financial performance of the company,and whether the company should fulfill CSR and other issues,the academic community is mixed.This study takes ChengZhang Group as a research object,uses SPS case study method,opens the "black box" of fulfilling CSR and corporate financial performance,and systematically studies the influence process of fulfilling CSR on financial performance.This study holds that as the main subject of society,enterprises should not only serve shareholders,but also consider from the perspective of stakeholders,provide employees with stable work,provide customers with high-quality products,and benefit the whole society.Actively fulfill corporate social responsibility promotes investment in human capital and social capital(transactional social capital and institutional social capital)through intermediaries such as employee belonging,customer trust,and social reputation.Each stakeholder is regarded as a symbiosis unit throughout the business process of the enterprise,and the relationship between the various stakeholders is interdependent and mutually beneficial to form a symbiosis model unique to the stakeholders.In order for enterprises to achieve long-term development,the capital invested by Stakeholders needs to achieve the symbiosis of diversifiedcapital,as a resul the symbiotic relationship between the symbiotic units will be generated,that is to say,the realization of the e nterprise value depends on the mutual cooperation and participation among the pluralistic capita l.The responsibility of the company is no longer to make money for shareholders only,but toevolve into multiple responsibilities including the economy and society.Therefore,according to stakeholder theory and symbiosis theory,this paper believes that the implementation of CSR will achieve the generation of symbiotic energy through the promotion of stakeholders' increased capital investment,including process energy and result energy,in which process energy refers to business efficiency and investment efficiency.,Result energy refers to the growth rate of expenses,operating income growth rate and net profit growth rate during the period.Enterprises should also actively fulfill their corporate social responsibility due to their own interests.The mechanism of fulfilling CSR to financial performance of enterprises discussed in this paper is of great reference value to private enterprises in China to actively fufill CSR,so as to gain employees 'sense of belonging,customer trust,and social praise so as to promote financial performance of enterprises by generating symbiotic energy.
