In today's increasingly competitive market environment,every company is thinking about one question:Whether the operating performance requirements are perfectly reached today,what kind of strategic plan should be in place in the next stage to make the company invincible.Each enterprise wants to create a core competence with financial competitiveness serving as an important role.The financial competitiveness of a company is the essence of value creation and value accumulation,Which determines the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.HF company is the only domestic production and development base for all kinds of aviation engine in the military and civil use.The indentification of "Flying separation" ——the major project provides HF company a opportunity for the rapid development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the financial competitiveness of HF company,in order to help the company to clarify superiority,inferiority as well as its position in the industry.Then it takes appropriate measures to promote the sustainable development of the company.This paper first expounds on the theory of financial competitiveness from domestic and foreign scholars,and analyses connotation,characteristics and so on.Secondly,it combines the changes of enterprise value theory as well as the relationship between financial competitiveness and enterprise value.After analyzing the competition pattern and operating performance of HF company,the paper thinks that it is feasible and necessary to enhance the financial competitiveness of HF company.Finally,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of financial competitiveness,including risk management,profit management and growth management.The Paper establishes the evaluation model by using factor analysis method.The results shows that The overall financial competitiveness of HF company is not outstanding.This paper analyzes the problems in financing,profit,scientific research level,strategic structure and so on.In order to solve these problems,HF company should optimize its financial and capital structure and focus on raising the income level of the company.Meanwhile,the company should adapt to the development of national policy,formulate the future development strategy of the company and improve the capital structure as well as talent.It will vigorously promote breakthroughs in the level of science and technology and improve the quality of the company's operation and management.
