The Study On Analysis And Evaluation Of Financial Competitiveness Of List Companies

Today, both our government and companies have a strong feeling that enhancing the competitiveness is more and more important and urgent. With the development of enterprises into the stage of maximizing the enterprise value, the financial management has an increasing position. Therefore, it will be a suitable choice that making analysis and evaluation of financial competitiveness to enhance the enterprise competitiveness.At present, most of the studies on financial competitiveness are still at the stage of definition and theory; There has not yet any standard evaluation system of financial competitiveness. For this reason, this paper builds a value-oriented evaluation system of financial competitiveness from the perspective of comprehensive performance. Then, this paper selects Guizhou Maotai, the leading enterprise of China’s wine industry as the case, analyzes its financial competitiveness, and evaluates its value in the methods of discounted cash flow and price-earnings ratio multiplier. Finally, this paper evaluates the financial competitiveness of 13 listed companies in China’s wine industry by using factor analysis and fuzzy evaluations, and finds the path to enhancing the financial competitiveness of listed companies based on the case of Guizhou Maotai from the financial resources, financial strategy and financial performance, with a strong guiding significance.
