Business as an important part of the social composition.Whether in the development of the national economy,the reform of the social system,or the improvement of the people's living standards,they all play an irreplaceable role.Travel agencies are sub-sectors in the tertiary industry tourism industry.Nowadays,society develops in an all-round way.The people's demand for life is not satisfied with the protection of basic living conditions.They pay more attention to open vision,satisfaction of spiritual needs,improvement of self-worth,and social life.Accelerated,and the pressure to be sustained is greater.How to relax and relax is also a requirement that people make to the market and society.Tourism at this stage has become a more effective way for people in various industries to meet the needs of leisure and entertainment.However,with the expansion of the demand market and the scale of the industry,especially in the process of dealing with travelers,that is to say,consumers,there are frequent problems such as malicious low-price promotions in tourism,compulsory shopping for guides,inconsistent services and commitments,and so on.,has also attracted the attention of all sectors of society.The process of valuing,preventing,and solving problems by the travel agency industry can also be called the process of fulfilling social responsibilities.The society provides a good development environment for travel agency companies.Travel agencies should also assume responsibility for travelers.Only in this way can they ensure the healthy development of travel agencies,establish a long-term position in the market,and stabilize the society and promote the harmonious development of society.Travel agency social responsibility is a concept described in words.How to timely understand in detail the travel agency's performance of corporate social responsibility requires establishing a scientific and accurate evaluation system and introducing mathematical research.Convert fuzzy descriptions to precise numbers and grades,and intuitively compare travel agency social responsibilities.This will not only promote social responsibility research,enrich the evaluation system,but also provide a reference for travel agencies to better assume the responsibilities of stakeholders and corporate development.From the existing literature,the number of documents has increased,and the direction of research has been more,but problems such as homogeneity,lack of industry characteristics,difficulty in verification,and incomprehensibility have emerged,and the index systems of existing tourism companies or travel agencies are mostly based on benefits.Such as the theory of all the relevant analysts,the construction of indicators,only for a stakeholder index has not been thoroughly studied,it is necessary to focus on social responsibility indicators for refinement,more perfect,but also the overall index system to build a positive influence.This article through reading and analysis of corporate social responsibility and its index system construction and other literature,using questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as a way,taking tourists as a perspective of stakeholders,with industry characteristics Based on the current status of travel agency social responsibility fulfillment,based on the theory of stakeholders related to corporate social responsibility,corporate citizenship theory,and social contract theory,the four dimensions of economic responsibility,including 30 specific indicators and corresponding weights,are determined to study travel agencies.The establishment of social responsibility evaluation index system and the evaluation of corporate social responsibilities of CYTS and Hong Kong China Travel Service will be applied to the research.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be used to apply the enterprise data that has been adopted in conjunction with the index system to verify whether the index system has practical value.Finally,a set of corporate social responsibility evaluation index system suitable for the travel agency industry in China at the current stage is considered.The research shows that tourists pay more attention to the quality,safety and reliability of tourism products,fair prices,and protection of travel agencies in consumer rights.The social responsibilities of the two listed companies in terms of tourists perform better,but on the basis of meeting basic needs,also improve service quality.
