Rural commercial banks are rooted in rural areas in China and their initial business is mainly to meet the financial needs of customers in rural areas.With the development of the market economy,rural commercial banks have also played an increasingly important role in supporting the development of small and micro enterprises,increasing the vitality of the market economy,and supporting local economic development.Compared with state-controlled commercial banks,joint-stock commercial banks,and city commercial banks,rural commercial banks have relatively small assets.They lack core competence in the competition areas of large and medium-sized corporate customers,and it is difficult to fully satisfy the financial services needs of these customers.In the past,due to the marketization of interest rates,inter-bank competition has intensified.Therefore,after fully considering external competition and its actual situation,many rural commercial banks have taken small and micro enterprise customers as new profit growth points,increased credit support for small and micro enterprises,and launched more in line with the development needs of small and micro enterprises.Financial services.As a rural commercial bank in Shaxian County of Shaxian County,Shaxian Rural Commercial Bank has carried out many years of cooperation with Shaxian snacks,a well-known small and micro enterprise in Shaxian County,and supported the development of Shaxian snacks mainly through the form of microcredit.However,Shaxian snack operator,as a separate small and micro-management individual,has a relatively high operating risk and poses a great challenge to the credit management of Shaxian Rural Commercial Bank.With the advent of information technology and the emergence of big data technology,Shaxian Rural Commercial Bank for Shaxian snack credit management optimization has brought a new path to solve.Based on the credit management theory of commercial banks and the domestic and foreign scholars' research results on the credit of small and micro enterprises,this paper analyzes the present situation of credit management of Shaxian snacks in Shaxian County and summarizes the results under the background that the application of big data technology is more and more widely.There are problems such as inaccurate positioning of business services,higher credit costs,lower reception efficiency,unreasonable pricing of interest rates and development of business in time and space constraints.At the same time,it is proposed that applying big data technology to small and micro enterprise credit management can accurately locate customers and effectively reduce Credit costs,effectively improve the efficiency of credit services,effectively enhance credit risk prevention,and reconstruct the comparative advantages of new financial profit models.Afterwards,taking Ali small loan as a classic case,this paper analyzes the customer groups,sources of funds,credit products,operation mode and risk control,concludes the experience that Shaxian Agricultural Commercial Bank can learn from,and puts forward Shaxian County Rural Commercial Bank in the process of applying big data to Shaxian snacks credit management should focus on three issues:big data acquisition,big data analysis and risk control under big data.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization design of big data credit management of Shaxian Agricultural Commercial Bank based on the design of batch processing subsystem,business processing subsystem,business configuration subsystem and rule management subsystem,and makes an analysis of its design advantages and practical effects Expounded.
