| The reform of collective forest right system has created forest mortg-age loan.Forest right mortgage loan is an important way for forestry to ad-vance the financing development.Fujian province and Jiangxi province are adjacent to the geographical location,have similar geographical and regional characteristics,and are all the national pilot provinces of the fore-st right mortgage policy,but the implementation of the forest rights mort-gage policy is different.There are great differences in the influencing fac-tors of the willingness of the two Province farmers' forest rights mortgag-e loans.This is the situation that the regional characteristics of different regions are not adapted to the overall implementation of the central polic-y,which also leads to the uneven development level of the forest right mo-rtgage loan in the country.On the basis of the statistical analysis and theoretical summary of th-e overall situation of the forest right mortgage in Fujian and Jiangxi Provi-nce,this paper makes an empirical analysis based on the actual situatio-n of the two provinces of Fujian and Jiangxi,and draws the following con-clusions:the following conclusions are drawn:the notable demand of th-e forest right mortgage in Fujian province is obvious.The influencing fact-ors are the age of the household,the area of the family forest,and the par-ticipation of the forest insurance,while in Jiangxi,the proportion of the total income of the forestry and the area of the family forest land is the pr-oportion of the forestry income.In view of the conclusion,this paper ma_kes a comparative analysis of the influencing factors of the two province-s,puts forward the propaganda of increasing the related policies of the fo-rest right mortgage,and increases the publicity and initiative of the fores-t insurance,and steadily improves the policy and suggestion of the polic-y on the mortgage of the forest rights according to local conditions. |
