In the collective forest rights counterpoising truly certified as the main content of collective forest right system reform was basically completed, get rid of the collective forest land property right subject not clear, have different responsibilities. Accompanied by forestry resources price rising in recent years, the demands of farmers’ income has been increasing, growing forest capital demand, but the financing cost of forest is higher and higher. As part of the forest can’t get managing money to woodland, "forest right" can’t be converted to asset returns. In view of this phenomenon, this article is based on the perspective of forest, with institutional economics theory combined with practice in Jiangxi province, on the basis of predecessors’ study, attempt from the perspective of forest right capitalization is implemented, analyzed the influence factors of forest right capitalization implementation of forest, reveals the characteristics of forest right capita lization is implemented, for can choose to suit their own forest right of forest capitalization is implemented to provide theoretical guidance.The first part includes the first and second chapter, the main content is the literature review and concept definition. Through the study of literature collection, the study found that most of the scholars is a single forest right implementation approach, capitalization of different resources endowment of the comparative study of forest right capitalization implementation of forest is less.
