The traditional "last mile" logistics distribution has always faced a series of problems such as inventory backlog, delay in distribution, and low distribution efficiency. Not only that,face-to-face interactive delivery has always been constrained by the convergence problems of the delivery parties, resulting in the need for delivery of the second and above,so the distribution efficiency and delivery satisfaction have been further reduced, and has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the efficient development of the express delivery industry.Under this circumstance, the smart cabinet distribution model was born, and under the dual integration of the Internet and information technology,it transformed the previous "waiting express" to the "express delivery" development model. Therefore, based on the above background analysis.First of all,it summarizes the traditional "last mile" distribution model, analyzes the status quo and problems of the traditional distribution model, and optimizes related literature research.Afterwards,an overview of the development status of the smart courier delivery model at home and abroad, and the use of regression analysis and information entropy methods, respectively,to study the advantages and characteristics of smart courier counters in picking and shipping.Afterwards,a method of factor analysis was used to build a customer satisfaction model headed by safety, convenience, responsiveness, tangibility, professionalism, popularity, and violence. Then, using the life table method to analyze the satisfaction of different population characteristics, the gender, occupation and age were satisfied with the survival ability of the smart express delivery model. Finally,it points out the lack of research content and the prospects for the future development of smart express delivery model. The study concludes that smart express counters have good usability and give a linear regression model of pick-up time, among which the pick-up method has the highest impact on the model. In terms of shipping, consumers are most concerned about the service selectivity problem of smart express delivery. In terms of satisfaction, consumers are most concerned about the professionalism, safety, and responsiveness of the smart courier. Finally,in the analysis of the survivability of the smart courier,it is concluded that there is a certain degree of difference in the degree of satisfaction of different population characteristics for the smart express counter delivery model. The groups that are characterized by female students and corporate employees aged 18 to 28 years are relatively for other groups,it was the highest, accounting for 70%,64%,65%,and 63%respectively,which has a certain reference value for future related literature research.
