A Research On Industrial Structural Ecology Based On New Structural Economics

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy has continued to grow at a high speed,and the problems of energy depletion and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious.Changing the mode of economic development,adjusting the industrial structure and promoting the ecological transformation of industrial structure become the only way to sustainable development of Chinese economy.Based on new structural economics,a representative theory of industrial structure evolution in recent years,this paper analyzes the evolution of industrial structural ecology from the perspective of factor endowment structure.This paper firstly introduces the background of economic development and energy environment in China,and combs the relevant literature and theory at home and abroad,and explains the connotation of industrial structural ecology based on the existing literature and theory.The characteristics of industrial structure evolution based on new structural economics are summarized.Secondly,this paper analyzes the factors of influencing industrial structural ecology and it is believed that natural resources,capital,technology,infrastructure and institutions are the main factors affecting the industrial structural ecology.And then the evolution of China's industrial structure is introduced.This paper analyzes the historical changes of industrial structure,employment structure and the deviation of industrial structure,and finds that the evolution trend of the industrial structure and employment structure is very similar.More specifically,The structure with "123" is gradually evolving to the structure of "321",and the deviation of the three industrial structure is also gradually decreasing and moving towards zero.The matching degree of industrial structure and employment structure is higher.Thirdly,an index system is established to evaluate the level of factor endowment structure and industrial structural ecology.Through calculating the relevant data of each province,the evaluation results of the level of the factor endowment structure and industrial structural ecology of 30 provinces,excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet,in China from 1995 to 2015 are obtained.And then,taking 2015 as an example,the paper analyzes the coupling and coordination degree between the level of factor endowment structure and the level of industrial structural ecology in 30 provinces of China.It is found that in 2015,there are regional differences between the comprehensive efficacy of the factor endowment and industrial structural ecology,which generally shows the characteristics of "eastern region > central region >northeast region > western region".And most provinces are in a low degree of coordination.Then,this paper analyzes the influence of the comparative advantage of factor endowment on the industrial structural ecology by establishing the panel data regressionmodel,and the regression results show that violation of comparative advantage of factor endowment will hinder industrial structural ecology by hindering the advanced,rationalization and sustainable of the industrial structure.Finally,the conclusion of this paper are summarized,and based on the new structural economics theory,puts forward some suggestions for make use of the regional comparative advantage and promoting the ecological transformation of industrial structure.
