Middle and small enterprise in national economy and social development in our country play a more and more important role,including technology research and development personnel is the core of the small and mid-sized enterprise human capital,is the backbone of the enterprise technology research and development.But long plagued the problem of small and mid-sized enterprise technology research and development personnel to introduce,high liquidity cost after training.One reason for the cause of these problems is enterprise of technology research and development personnel career management level,backward management system is not sound.Therefore,to strengthen the career planning and design of technology research and development personnel and management,has become small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise of an imminent problem.Based on the existing theory of career planning,found that cognitive information processing theory as the theory is developed in recent years one of the important theory of career planning,the theory system and comprehensive integrated the key elements of the career planning to analyze the employee's career development,from the focus on the influence factors of career planning,to focus on career decision making process of bounded rationality and decision strategy.In view of the characteristics of the technology research and development personnel,choose the theory as the theoretical basis,through the description of the SC company existing career planning system,adopted the interview and case analysis on cognitive information processing theory application in the career planning is analyzed,through the case analysis of the results found that cognitive information processing theory is not only widely apply to career planning and management of the process,and view of the characteristics and present situation of technology research and development personnel,can better foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,make technology research and development staff career planning is more rational and conforms to the characteristics of itself and the environment.In this paper,on the basis of case analysis,on the cognitive information processing theory is applicable to technology research and development personnel reform and adjustment,to redesign the application of CIP theory of career planning model,the model combined with the characteristics of the technology research and development personnel,not only has universal adaptability,and for technology research and development personnel,more easy to operate and perform.So this model not only perfect the career planning of SC company management system,but also for other technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise technology research and development staff career planning has certain reference significance.
