After coming out of the skill, occupation career planning is quickly valued and accepted by employees and managers for company, it develops rapidly and is taken more seriously in the society.In recent years, many companies especial manufacturing enterprise appeared problems that during the period of developing the professional technical staff who work ineffectively, isn't initiative for work, strengthen to complain continuously, leaving their office seriously and the situation expands toward senior professional technical personnel from the junior professional technical personnel. Company for the sake of the existence and the development, improve competition ability continuously, have to motivate employee with the maximum limit, keeping the professional technical staff and develop their potentials, promising the target of carrying out the company development thus. The successful occupation career planning can resolve an above-mentioned problem availably, making the target of company and the professional technical staff's target reach consistently, carrying out the development of professional technical personnel to be consistent with the company's development.The research purpose of this topic is to understand the comprehension of the occupation career planning, and control the characteristics of professional technical personnel, through carry on analysis to professional technical personnel's present condition with occupation career planning, to carry on a thorough research with the implementation of occupation career planning, thus to puts forward valid improvement method and solution plan when company meet two outstanding problems during the period of carrying on the occupation career planning for the professional technical personnel.
