Research On The Financial Management Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

Farmers' professional cooperatives as a new form of organization,is China's rapid development,the market and farmers organically,to help farmers understand the market information,provide channels for agricultural products in order to enter the market.Farmers' professional cooperatives can not only help farmers sell agricultural products,but also help farmers increase their income and enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural products.Although the farmers' professional cooperatives is of great help for the farmers to increase income,but due to the lack of effective supervision,the development of farmers' professional cooperatives and the quality can not be guaranteed.The management problems emerging in reality are becoming more and more serious,especially in the financial management.These problems are mainly reflected in the system construction,financing management and earnings distribution,which have become the main factors that impede the development of the farmer's professional cooperative society.And the development of farmers' professional cooperatives will be hindered,which will inevitably affect the steady and rapid growth of China's agricultural economy.On the basis of related literature reading and investigation,this paper uses property right theory,governance theory and principal-agent theory,combined with questionnaire survey and field visit investigation methods to study the construction of farmers' professional cooperatives in T Town,and analyzes the financial management of farmers' professional cooperatives with the help of Logistic model.The problems existing in the system are mainly in the aspects of profit distribution,cooperative financing management and the construction of financial management system.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are made by analyzing the results of the financial management of cooperatives,such as increasing financing channels,creating a good external environment,and improving the financial personnel.And the quality of managers,strengthen training,establish a sound financial management system,establish a reasonable property rights system,standardize the distribution of earnings and so on.Through the study of the financial management of the farmers' professional cooperatives in T Town,this paper puts forward some solutions to the existing problems,and makes the financial system more standard,improve the comprehensive ability of the farmers' professional cooperatives and promote the smooth development of the local agricultural economy.
