Study On Financing Risk Of Farmer Professional Cooperative In Changde City

Changde is located in the northwest of Hunan province,the agricultural resources are unique,but the rural economic development is relatively backward,the agricultural industrialization and the degree of modernization is low." Farmers' professional cooperative" is a rural economic organization with its members as the main service object.Farmers' professional cooperatives improve the specialization and scale of agricultural production,and promote the process of agricultural industrialization and modernization in Changde.However,the Changde farmers' professional cooperatives started late,in their development process,generally facing the development of capital bottleneck constraints.The causes of the financing difficulties of farmers' professional cooperatives are various,including external laws and regulations and policy environment factors,more farmers cooperatives internal system design,development capacity,assets strength constraints.The long-term existence of many problems,together restricts the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,and also affects the full play of the role of farmers' professional cooperatives.From the perspective of multi-theory,this paper tries to analyze the financing risk of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Changde,based on the analysis of the financing risk of farmers' professional cooperatives,referring to the international and domestic experiences,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the financing problems of the farmers' cooperatives in Changde,and demonstrates the theoretical and practical value of this research.This paper takes the research on financing behavior and financing risk of Changde farmers cooperatives as the selected topic.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the existing literature at home and abroad,combining with the necessary interview survey,the author conducted an in-depth analysis of the financing status,problems and financing risks of farmers' professional cooperatives in Changde city,and based on the successful financing cases of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad,proposed countermeasures to solve the financing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives in Changde.The specific content includes four modules:(1)Theoretical base module.This paper mainly puts forward the background and significance of the research,and on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,defines the related concepts and puts forward the support theory.(2)Current situation and problem analysis module.First,combining the necessary market investigation and data collection,sorting,analyzing the development and financing situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Changde city,and analyzing the financing problems,financing risks and the formation reasons of farmers' professional cooperatives in Changde city.(3)Foreign case and experiential revelation module.This paper focuses on the financing cases of farmers' professional cooperatives in the United States,Japan,India and other countries,and summarizes their common experience and enlightenment.(4)The countermeasure and suggestion module.From the government legal system supply,rural financial system,farmers' professional cooperatives and other three levels,the paper discusses the specific countermeasures to solve the problem of the financing of Changde farmers cooperatives.
