With the rapid development of e-commerce,express delivery business has been rapid growth,making the delivery of the last mile puzzle has become the delivery bottleneck in the delivery industry.At the same time,due to the time conflict between courier and customer,some problems appeared,such as delayed delivery,high secondary delivery rate and continuous customer complaint rate.The resulting customer self-service model,that is,intelligent courier service model came into being.It combines logistics and information flow and has become an important initiative to solve the delivery end of the courier.Researching appropriate models and methods to solve the problem of intelligent crate distribution optimization can help improve the traditional express logistics mode,effectively improve the delivery efficiency of the last mile of the logistics,improve customer satisfaction,and then increase the third party investment profit.Firstly,this paper discusses the status of research and development of intelligent express delivery cabinets at home and abroad,as well as the existing shortcomings and deficiencies of it,and then expounds the necessity and importance of intelligent express delivery cabinet location research.Secondly,according to the related theories and researches on site selection,this paper presents the maximum profit model for the location of intelligent express cabinets based on the traditional maximal coverage model.Thirdly,in order to solve the NP-hard problem of model selection in the location of intelligent express cabinets,a BPSO algorithm of multiple directions evolution is proposed based on the standard Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm.Finally,in the light of the example,the corresponding optimal solution of the model is obtained by using BPSO algorithm,so as to verify the rationality of the model and algorithm of the location of the intelligent express delivery cabinets,then,achieve the purpose of selecting the express delivery cabinet.
