Research On The Evolutionary Changes Of The Infrastructure In City Service Sector Based On POI Data

At present,the service sector has become a major driver in economy in many cities,the rapid development of it increasingly improves relative infrastructures and mutually matches the city in space.With researches on the spacial distribution of infrastructures of service sector in city,we can not only figure out the way how those infrastructures distribute,but also uncover the way how to build a city.With on-spot-investigations,the five-year POI data and several analytical methods,this thesis takes city Taiyuan as an example and secularizes the changes and regulation of its infrastructures based the whole countenance and streets.Using relative standards and methods to measure the gap between practical performance and expectancy of majored streets,the thesis presents advice to Taiyuan on future regulation.The thesis can be divided into seven aspects:Chapter one is introduction.In this part,the research background,purpose and significance of thesis will be presented,and then thesis will expound relative concepts.Moreover,thesis has divided the service sector into services in production and services in life respectively,separating service in life to charitable services and profitable services based on different purposes.Finally,thesis has certified the research sphere,the origin of statistic resources,and the framework.Chapter two is literature review at home and abroad.In this chapter,thesis has summarized relative theories about services sector and the development of its infrastructures,and concluded the literature review at home and abroad based on the application of POI data and distribution of services sector's infrastructures.Chapter three introduced the infrastructures of services sector in city Taiyuan form and development.Firstly,it introduced the development condition of city Taiyuan on the whole.Then points to the Taiyuan city services facilities development overview of the before thefounding of new China and the modern times,Finally from the qualitative and quantitative two aspects,it summarized the majored factors which drive those changes.Chapter four studies the spatial evolution of service facilities in the overall level of the city by using the kernel density weighted calculation method,and divides the service industries of different service industries based on the classification of service industry.By using kernel density weighted analysis,and calculating service facilities for hierarchical weighted calculation,I can get the whole cities nuclear density distribution of service industry,on this basis,describes the types of facilities in the five years from the perspective of three aspects,and summarizes each of the facilities in the urban agglomeration in the overall level and evolution law.Chapter five use the hot spot analysis method to study the urban street level service facilities space evolution,mainly from the angle of the hot spots area changes were analyzed,I improve the hot spot analysis method and get five years city hot spot map,zoning map superposition and streets,statistics of Taiyuan street hot activity changes of the area,according to the increase of the hot area of categorizing street and make a analysis.Chapter six is the optimization suggestions of service facilities distribution about Taiyuan city services.Based on the chapter fiver,I collect the factor index of each street.relying on data statistics collection,affecting factors of the streets clear for each service category under the advantages and disadvantages of the development of different types of street,and put forward the streets and on the basis of optimization for the development of administrative facilities in the service industry.Chapter seven is a chapter to draw a conclusion.Firstly,it presented the core conclusions,innovated ideas and the significance of this thesis respectively.Secondly,it admitted the deficiency of this thesis and cast the expectancy to researches about this topic.
