With the knowledge of science and technology development, a new round ofindustrial structure adjustment has launched in the world, the major economic powersand the area began to focus on the development of service industry, resulting in worldservice trade structure change, from transport, tourism services departmentincreasingly to the knowledge intensive service, but our country transport, tourismservices still accounted for the largest proportion these years. The United States is themost developed country in service trade, carries on the contrast research, can be moreclearly aware of the difference between United States and China, providing thereference target for our country to develop the most developed country.Therefore, the main contents of the dissertation can be divided into four parts toanalyze China’s service trade sector structure. The first part, introduces the currentdeveloping situation of service trade import and export structure, then make acomparative analysis of the situation, demonstrate the service trade structureevolution tendency with the Laurence index, Income structure index andConcentration index, analyze the structural evolution characteristics; The second part,find out what caused the fact that the proportion of high-end service trade in ourcountry is small and the traditional service trade competitiveness is not strong. Thethird part, make an empirical analysis of the influence factors on service trade sectorstructure using cointegration regression model and compare the influence factors andinfluence degree with United States. The last part, according to the above analysis, putforward suggestions and policy recommendations to improve China’s service tradestructure.
