In the government work report,Premier Li Keqiang proposed to "The quality of the soul,in originality.We should vigorously promote the spirit of artisans,craftsmen culture,fulfill its occupation ethics,advocating excellence,improve the incentive mechanism,cultivate a number of 'Chinese artisans',to create more world-renowned " China brand ",to promote economic development in the era of quality China." "Carry out the action of quality promotion in an all-round way,push forward with the international advanced level to reach the standard,carry forward the spirit of the craftsman,and come to a quality revolution made in China." Thus,with the growth and development of China's economy,our economic development model has changed from quantity priority to quality and efficiency priority.Quality cost management is an effective method for quality control and efficiency improvement,and the optimization of quality cost is also the optimization of enterprise operating cost.This paper mainly discusses the ideas and methods of improving the quality cost optimization under the guidance of management science.3 kinds of problems encountered in quality cost management are analyzed,including risk based quality decision,test cost and inspector distribution optimization,quality failure probability.The quantitative factors in data model,applied mathematics program and application of Excel decision tree,programming,programming forms and data simulation analysis to solve the model,and analyze the sensitivity of input variables to provide recommendations to management to solve the problem.
