In view of the fact that China's current manufacturing industry is large but not strong,and in many aspects like information technology,independent innovation,etc.,have a large gap with the developed countries,China has put forward a 10-year plan of action for "Made in China 2025”.Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of"Made in China 2025",and its essence is the mutual penetration of virtual networks and physical production.The digital workshop is the core unit of intelligent manufacturing.Through the digital modeling of the virtual world and the interconnection of Netcom,digital operations can be realized for the processes of design and development,production and manufacturing,logistics dispatch,equipment operation and maintenance,and personnel training of enterprise,and the collaboration of actual world and virtual world,business operation,can be realized.The project,Research on the Digital Workshop Model,was derived from sub-project of "2016 Smart Manufacturing New Model Application Project" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Shenzhen Han's Laser Co.,Ltd.The interactive digital shop model was built through digital modeling and was used to provide production manufacturing,management,operation and maintenance support for enterprise.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the 3d Max and Unity3D platform,the workshop scene model and equipment model of the company proofing workshop were built using a process approach.The flexibility and controllability of the model were achieved through object-oriented thinking.With the powerful rendering ability of Unity3D,the model material and rendering components were given,and the three-dimensional visual effect of the model was enhanced.Secondly,based on the interconnected architecture of the company's shop floor,the remote monitoring of a typical equipment in the proofing workshop with the effects of 3D visualization and data visualization was realized through data-driven technology,and mapping between the proofing workshop and the digital workshop model was constructed.The storage and recall of data realized the reproduction of the historical processing state of workshop equipment by the use of the database for history data.Finally,on the basis of the digital workshop model,the interactive features of the Unity3D platform were fully utilized,and a virtual training system was designed according to an equipment in the proofing workshop to improve the proficiency of the trainee's equipment operation in three aspects,the basic information of the equipment,the structure and principle of the equipment,and standard operation.And provided a platform for the trainee to accept the equipment operation training in a multi-platform that was not limited by time and place.Based on the digital workshop,the concept of remote operation and maintenance was proposed and analyzed.
