Visual Training 365 Training Project Management Research

Based on the theory of modern project management process in-depth research and implementation procedures and methods of training, through research of many small and medium-sized enterprises in JiangSu province and,this paper analysed and found existing problems and defects in training program. The start of JiangSu province "visual training 365" project implementation can solve the training work.Therefore, we actually descriped the detailed process of "visual traing 365" project,from the planning and design to implement, ending. And from this project in JiangSu province,we summed up experience and related suggestions for training work.The paper first reviewed modern project management and enterprise training theory, based on reviewing of project management process and knowledge system framework, training the connotation and the implementation steps. Then the paper expounded the relationship between enterprise training and project management, laying a solid theoretical basis for the below.Secondly, the survey of more than 1,000 businesses in JiangSu province show current situation of training and the problems existing in training work of small and medium-sized enterprises, we analysed thoroughly and explored the training program problem. The object of the survey were some small and medium enterprises in JiangSu province repeated industry with machinery, electronics, chemical, textile, building materials, light industry, etc. We found out the input of training,the form and content of training, the effect of training and training needs these five aspects. Then, taking XinYi region for example, we introduced a typical implementation process of training project in small and medium-sized enterprises of JiangSu province, making it more concrete, vivid and practical.Then, depending on the introduction of "visual training 365 "project, we present the content and operation of "visual training 365" lively.By combinng project management and "visual training 365", the paper descriped the project initiation, planning,implementa-tion,control and ending the whole process in detailed, which provided typical demonstrationin for training project in JiangSu or other province.Finally, the paper summarized experience form the "visual training 365" program for small and medium-sized enterprise training and provided related suggestions for training.
