The upper reaches of the second level distribution center is connected to the city's general warehouse and stores the goods that are supposed to be delivered to the consumers. The downstream is connected to the various consumer outlets in the city, which is responsible for transporting different goods to different demand areas within the time asked. As an important node of the enterprise's logistics system,on one hand it is necessary to meet the various requirements of customers,on the other hand,it is required to achieve the level of customers' service satisfaction, while reducing the cost of the logistics system. Therefore, the location of the city distribution center requires detailed and serious argumentation. For the company's logistics system, the inappropriate site selection will lead to disorder and inefficiency of the exchange of goods. For the company's business,it may directly affect the company's operating profit because the inefficiency of operation cannot meet the customer's needs.A well-distributed distribution center can effectively save construction, distribution and circulation costs, promoting the coordination and cooperation of production and consumption and ensuring the balanced development of the logistics system. In recent years, due to the rapid increase in the volume of business of R Company and the changes on related policies, the existing distribution centers have failed to meet the changes in customers' demand. Also, there have been problems including a decline in customers' satisfaction,a decrease in the on-time deliveries rate, and a low utilization rate of distribution resources. In accordance with the "Beijing City Overall Planning" and other policies,it is found that in the future the population in the central city will migrate to the east and to the south. In the meantime, the central transportation hub will be gradually dissolved and the logistics park will need to be moved and built to the Sixth-Ring Road. These factors will prompt the R company's distribution center's location to be reselected.Firstly, this paper uses SPSS to perform data fitting and variance analysis on the historical data of household appliances demand in each district and county of R company, and reasonably forecasts the demand of four different types of household appliances in each district and county in 2020.And through the detailed analysis of various factors such as the geographical location, fixed costs, traffic conditions, and demand conditions of each demand point,we come to a set of candidate points for secondary distribution centers. Then based on maximizing customer satisfaction and the function of minimum total cost of the logistics system, our goal is to maximizing the quotient of these two, after which a multi-target distribution center model is established. In the target function,we introduced the function of maximizing the satisfaction of the time of deliveries, fixing the shortcomings of taking the function of minimizing the cost as the only target function on traditional location-selecting problems, which not only ensured the rationalization of the logistics system itself, but also fully considered the customers' demand on delivery service, time and quantities. Finally, the factors such as geographical location, customer satisfaction and radiation range of the selected distribution center were thoroughly discussed and the rationality of the site selection results was analyzed. It was found after the relocation, not only the customer satisfaction was improved, but also the on-time deliveries rate and inventory turnover rate were improved. As a result, distribution costs are reduced, which improves overall operating efficiency.
