The Construction Of Long-Term Nursing Insurance In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Developmental Welfare

At present,China is facing an irreversible trend of rapid aging,aging,and the increasing growth of the elderly who are deprived of intellectual responsibility.At the same time,the family planning policy has weakened the family pension function,the emergence of a large number of empty nest families,the care of the elderly,and especially the long-term care of elderly people with disability,needs urgent and proper solutions.It can be said that implementing long-term care insurance coincides with At that time,it is a good medicine to protect the lives of disabled elderly people.The report of the Nineteenth Congress also proposed to build a comprehensive multi-level social security system.The current important task is to establish a long-term care insurance system.However,China has not yet established a long-term care insurance system.Research in this area is seldom and late,and it has not formed a systematic theory to guide.Therefore,this article studies the construction of long-term care insurance system in Henan Province from the perspective of developmental welfare,with a view to bring about new ideas.Development-oriented welfare advocates the simultaneous development of economy and society and can meet the needs of China's aging social development.This paper takes the development welfare theory and the welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical basis.The research sample chosen is the Zhumadian City of Henan Province.The purpose of this study is to study the needs of residents of Henan Province for long-term care insurance and analyze the nursing care of Zhumadian City,Henan Province.The status quo of the service focuses on the analysis of the willingness of long-term care insurance demand for young and middle-aged people in Zhumadian City and the logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors.According to the data,the factors that have a significant influence on the willingness of long-term care insurance for young and middle-aged people in Zhumadian City are family factors,health factors,and cultural factors.Then they elaborated on their needs for long-term care insurance.Secondly,it compares and summarizes theexperience of the United States and Japan's long-term care insurance system,as well as in-depth research and comparative analysis of the pilot areas of Qingdao City and Nantong City's long-term care insurance system,hoping to provide experience for the establishment of long-term care insurance in Henan Province..According to the needs of long-term care insurance in Zhumadian City and the experience of foreign long-term care insurance system and domestic pilot experience,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for constructing the long-term care insurance system for the elderly in Henan Province from the perspective of development welfare.
