The intention of this study is to examine the result after the new interest income tax was introduced in Mongolia.The reason of tax reform was provided in this paper the way to explore early Mongolian economic and current situation.Moreover,revealed understanding of Extended Facility Fund program with IMF and concluded how it influence to the economy.The main topic related to all of them,therefore the optimal tax theory was applied in this paper to determine that the interest income tax would be impact to the Mongolian economy positively.In addition,understanding that the logic of public economy,thus personal savings can be a contributor of monetary policy but taxes can be indicator of fiscal policy then this two aspects might be influence economic growth slightly.The study adopts a dual methodology of content analysis and data analysis,a survey of the public attitude was included to achieve the purpose of the research.Further research is suggested in conclude the result of tax reform and EFF program and effects of these two aspects on Mongolian economic growth.
